Michaud Enterprises was proud to renovate this unconventional space into a new kitchen that is both elegant and functional. This unique space, with angled walls, forced us to literally think outside the box! The solution? Custom cabinets featuring pull out pantries and precision installation to eliminate unsightly gaps and dirt traps, plus a granite-countered island cut to match the space. The two-tiered Custom central island creates easy traffic flow on both sides of the kitchen while adding valued drawer and cabinet space. It also acts as a beautiful architectural feature, separating the point where the kitchen segues into the living space. Select oak flooring and low energy LED lighting ensures trouble free longevity and lasting beauty as well. White raised subway tile finishes the backsplash with a bright and classic look that is always contemporary.
This project also included a remodel of the existing common space bathroom. Similar cabinet style was used as kitchen island.
